I purchased a Maytag Dryer from Patterson's along with extended warranty. Over 2 weeks ago the dryer quit drying the clothes but the top of the dryer is warm to touch. They WILL NOT COME AND REPAIR THE DRYER UNTIL APRIL 21ST, 2025. To me that is not a reasonable time frame of repairs. I have health issues and can not take my clothes to a laundry to get them washed and dried.

I feel they need to subcontract out the repairs or get off their lazy **** and get here faster to repair this dryer. Why purchase a dryer that you can not use in the way it is suppose to be used?

If you look at their facebook page they have a rating of 80% out of 100 due to the same issue I am having.  I did call warranty tech they came and repaired the dryer.  The total time it took to repair the dryer was 30 mins.  I still want this to be an active complaint against Patterson's since they were very uncooperative in helping me with the dryer. Their attitude was to only sell and stand behind their product.

It’s been 5 months trying to get my ice maker repaired, I’ve contacted the business several times with no results. They keep telling me the part is on back order and suggested we go buy ice trays. The part is included as part of the extended warranty that was purchased through the business. They are unwilling to make any attempt to rectify the situation. They told me to contact Whirlpool, which we did to no avail. We paid around $3200 for the refrigerator and the extended warranty. It seems that they are not concerned about the issue as long as they got their money. I feel that they could do more such as contact their Whirlpool representative to expedite the process, refund the purchase price, replace the refrigerator or something. We tried to speak with a manager or someone in charge but they said they didn’t have anybody like that, which I thought was odd.
