  I highly recommend Edwin & his team for any landscaping projects! They were very professional, he listened to my vision & was a great communicator! Not only did they show up when they were schedulled but also cleaned up the work area in the afternoons before they left! I’m happy to give them 5 STARS!!

  The owner of this company, Edwin F***, was late for his first appointment so we had to reschedule. He later stated he was sending me a quote and then Ed ghosted me for weeks with zero response! I never even received a comprehensible verbal work proposal from this company, which makes me believe that a lack of expertise exists! My experience with this company was simply a colossal waste of energy and time! I blocked this company's number because of what I perceive to be games... This contractor unnecessarily delayed this project for a month! I suggest getting a contractor that goes out of your way to provide customer service.

  I Edwin F*** inspected and provided the best way possible to fix the problem this client had at his rental property. He previously hired someone else prior to get a quote from us to do some work for him and did a poor drainage work and caused more problems on his foundation and driveway all around the property.
  He suggested that the work was properly done which in our experience and expertise it was not the right approach to fix the issue.
  However he suggested to cut corners and do a quick fix before he decide to sell the property and in my defense my conscience and integrity will not allowed me to do something like this. He had a budged in mind and it was not enough for the work needed in that place. He insisted for me to send him a quote with the work he wanted and suggested to be done and then he treated me that he will ruin our reputation if I didn’t provide an estimate and for not being his side he will do this. I’ve decided not to give him a quote to get the job done to his demands.
  I will not risk the quality of my work and our reputation will not be affected for a dishonest and corrupt costumer trying to leave his problems to a new home owner, we do quality work every time we have a project.

  You can add dishonesty to this business owner's repertoire. Mr. Edwin F. NEVER "provided the best way possible to fix the problem this client had at his rental property." He ghosted me AFTER telling me multiple times that he would send a quote that I could actually understand. Here is the proof in texts.... Fri, Jun 7, 4:46 PM (Me): "As stated, I did not understand your proposal and you even said that it did not account for the existing French drain. Please email your proposal and we can go from there" (Edwin) Fri, Jun 7, 5:09 PM "Ok." Then from (Edwin) 1) Fri, Jun 14, 10:40 AM "They'll release the block on the system this afternoon and I'll send it again" and 2) Tue, Jun 11, 12:36 PM "I'll get it fixed and I'll send it again." Per his response, above, he lied to me multiple times! Dealing with this company was a complete WASTE OF TIME. Upon request, I will provide the actual transcripts to the BBB or anyone else proving this business owner cannot treat a human like a human should be treated! Good riddance to Mr. Edwin F. and Affordable Outdoor Solutions, LLC!! Caveat emptor, folks!
