    I purchased a rent to own structure from MICOST rent to own. I was completely paid up on the contract. They reposessed it on a Saturday. They were closed so I had to wait until Monday when they reopened to inquire about the shed. A lady named ***** told me they had never taken a shed with the balance fully paid before that it was a mistake. She would return it to me in two weeks when the weather was nice. I run an online retail business. All my inventory was in the shed. I lost alot of money due to not being able to access my belongings. My property inside was damaged and broken from being moved and falling from the loft. I was not sent any messages regarding pickup of my structure. I went to ****************************** where I made the purchase numerous times inquiring about transporting the shed back to my property. I reported my belongings being broken and wood damage from the move and the lady accused me of being a liar about not being able to access my property. I told her 5 months had passed. This is technically considered stealing because they removed something from my property for 5 moths that was paid fully every month and told her I was not making another payment until I received my shed back. She stated she was going to sell it to someone else since I obviously didn't want to pay my bills. I reminded her I did pay my bill. it should have never been removed from my property in the first place. She said she told me when the weather was nice it would be brought back. I said it's summer time. It's been 5 months. How do you think the weather is? She stated I had to pay the payments because I had to pay them so store my stuff. She was not concerned that my shed was damaged or that my property inside was broken/damaged. When the delivery guy brought the shed back he made the comment he kept inquiring with ******************* (store owner) about redelivery and he was told he was not worried about my delivery that I said I didn't need it so just to worry about new deliveries.
