    *************, the owner of Lotus Lux Medspa, became a junior instructor at ************* The School of Nashville (hendersonville) and asked our dean to hold a lash class for the students here at school and they told her no. She then went behind everyone's back and offered it at her shop telling students they had to have a lash certification to do lashes outside of their aesthetic license. Fed false information and then charged us $700 for a $23 kit she got off ****** and charged us $100 of the $700 for a ring light she also purchased from ****** for $69. She did not teach us technique or what any of our kit stuff was used for. Told us we would be getting things we never received in our kits. Offered a classroom group chat to openly ask questions we may have and never reached out nor has answered any previous messages regarding the lash class. This business used students to profit off of and never gave proper training. After she was told no about having the lash class at the school she had the lash class and never returned to the school for teaching. She was told not to use students and took our money at school anyways for the sole purpose of profiting and never had intentions of properly explaining the requirements for lash extensions. She also posted us to********* and listed us as licensed estheticians as we are still students with no license.
