    I called Mr. **** ******* of Computer House Plans on 04/19/2024, told him we are remodeling and adding an additional bedroom to our home and we need architect drawings so building groups can give us bids to work on our home. He very enthusiastically said Yes ma'am, and that he provides 6 sets of drawings a materials list and I copy in PDF form. We set date of 05/02/2024 to meet. He visited our home looked around I discussed the build and had my own drawings of how we would like those house to lay out. We need all the drawings that contractors would need to bid the work. He again reassured me his drawings are exactly what they want especially in PDF format! I had to pay $1280.00 on that date to retain him. I have 26 emails going back and forth to get the drawings right getting electrical laid out. On the day of meeting to go over in person he states he does not provide materials list, he does not provide electrical schematic nor plumbing, nor block, nor beams layout. I had to pay $1920 on this visit. We were clueless as to the building terms, what "should" be in your drawings and he took advantage of that. We are now at 3200 Paid to Me. ******* and I have given these "plans" to 11 builders in the *********, ******, and *************** areas. No one will call me with a bid because the plans are not complete. I took them to a lumber supplier they laughed and were quite astonished that we paid $3200 and that we were scammed. This drawing is nothing for a builder to be able to provide a price on a remodel. We are looking for return of our money since these plans are useless to us.
