      ITG represents ******* and ******* damaged my siding when working on cable coax work. They claim preexisting damage and this is not true. ******* tech IDed the damage by other staff and put first complaint in on my behalf with photos in 8/24. *** came out just 2 weeks ago and took more photos. This damage is from careless drilling in the siding can cracking it. I have no such damage or preexisting condition anywhere else, except in are where ******* worked. *** does not answer calls or followup. Closing claim with ******* is wrong and documentation attached. They had no business closing the claim and falsely claiming preexisting. Simply not true or proven otherwise. Their service and lack of response has been nothing less than dishonest. They hide from customers. No email, they don't answer their phone. ************ that ******* uses

      1/31/25: ****************** Broadband Technical Resources, contractor of Xfinity, performed underground cable line work, caused damage to my and my neighbor's driveway in the form of cracks. Work done thru old crack, lead to not only expansion of said crack, also creation of new long crack that traveled across driveway horizontally. Vibrations and pressure applied under pavement caused expansion and more damage to old crack and creation of new cracks. 2/7: Two individuals showed up ***resenting this company to investigate the damage. Two individuals are a couple in romantic relationship and not a third party independent investigators. This is major conflict of interest. Initially male *** told me it's "normal" to have new crack after work because his tech did work on pre-existing crack. Didn't want to take any responsibility. Female *** understood me, explained to male *** in Spanish new crack is obviously caused by vibrations of missile and work was done on pre-existing crack, caused expansion (see video). Per ***s, they do not have evidence of the new cracks being pre-existing. The male agent only has a picture of old crack that is not in this discussion/case at all. Female *** submitted pictures of new cracks, said they will be in contact for next steps. Since then, this company keeps denying claims, and referencing to new cracks in this case as old cracks. However, cannot produce any photo evidence of this new cracks before the work was done. To further demonstrate lack of proper quality workmanship of ITG, initially there was an orange cable left exposed, which was ***orted by me to Xfinity and corrected. I want resolution from ***, send independent inspector to assess damages instead of same people that poorly did the job in the first place and do not want to take any responsibility. I want proof of new crack existing via clear pictures from before work started, with time & date stamp. I have numerous pictures, ******************* of conversations, if needed.

      Broadband Technical Resources did some work on behalf of *******. They came to bury wires for the new internet service we paid for. In the process of burying the wires they created new cracks in my driveway. Causing additional damage to my property. I filed a dispute with ******* because they are the ones who contracted out this company but the dispute was denied. When I contacted ******* to find out why it was denied they said dont have a separate third-party that performs the investigations that the company broadband technical resources performs their own investigations. I thought that this was a conflict of interest because of course they would say that they didnt damage my property further so that they wouldnt have to pay for or correct the issue. ******** ****, Manager of Damage Claims is the person we received the denial letter from. I just wish that these companies would live by the principal that if you make a mistake, you fix it and have some integrity.

      This Company install Infinity equipment in my neighborhood. I was told they would put the lawn back in the way that they found it. I now had dead grass in my lawn and I call the number provided on Jun 25th,2024 and I was told it was going to be fixed. IT IS NOT FIXED!!!!! I need my grass fixed and put it back the way that it was found

      BTR was contracted to complete work in our neighborhood in July 2022. ***Please note that we did not contract any work, but our property was the only one effected.

      1. Broken Irrigation System
      2. Sloppy SOD replacement
      3. Deep digging in property without proper grating and replacement of dirt
      4. Removed county street sign with road name

      I am reaching out to *** to help get reimbursed for my *** ***** application payment, $******, made on 08/30/2022. BTR destroyed our property and after trying to communicate for well over a month they have been less responsive to correct all the errors. I am tried of being patient and following up.
