      I signed a contract with animal pros on June 20th of 2023 for bat removal at my home. I was told the work would be done in august because they are a protected species and you have to wait until then. They came out and said they had observed the bats in the evening( I was at work) did an install of a dryer cover..and sealed an area outside around the flashing. Also came inside to check the upstairs closets at a different time when I was home and treat that area. I was told I had a 2 yr guarantee on the signed contract(which I have the copy). This June I again had bats in the house. I have repeatedly called this company at least a dozen times. I have been told theyll get back with me ..I even sent them in txt a picture of the contract and am still waiting for them to do something. At this point I want my money back. I paid them $$2938.00 They did absolutely nothing in my opinion..and I still am left with finding another company to do the work

      This is in regards to ******** **** complaint. 


      Animal Pros did a job for a client ******** ***, **************************************************, on 6/20/23, to exclude bats from her home, and repair openings the bats were using to gain access to to the home. The job for Mrs. *** was completed by June 19, 2023. All the openings were sealed off completely. 


      Animal Pros does offer a 2 year warranty on all repairs, as our repairs are made to last longterm. Animal Pros does warranty our repairs only, as over time it is inevitable, things happen to structures, from storm damage, to siding expansion, and to normal deterioration and weathering. 


      Bats do possess the ability to enter tiny openings on a home, so everything has to be covered up. Some structures are susceptible to future problems for example, wood siding homes, storm damage, different contractors working on the home, and ect, which is out of our control. 


      ******** *** has a **** sliding home, as wood expansion does occur naturally. So likely the spot is just one spot. 


      The technician we had in ********** moved on to a different industry, so due to that, and the time Mrs. *** has spent, we will be giving her a full refund, and apologize about any inconvenience she has had.

      On 9/20/24, Animal Pros came out to set traps for squirrels in the attic. The **** ******, fell through our bedroom ceiling and apologized and said they would pay for the repairs if I did the work of finding someone and sent them the invoice. I paid out of pocket to have the ceiling fixed, and it has been a month without any check being delivered. I have tried contacting the office, the main person, **** **** is never there, and they say they will have him contact me, but nothing ever happens. I have been in communication with ****** via text since the incident and was first told 5-10 days to get payment, which obviously hasn't happened. I have asked him numerous time to have his boss contact me and nothing. I have been more than patient and at this point am prepared to pursue legal action if required. I am out over $800 for their mistake. This is not the way you do business or treat customers.
