      I canceled my service with US **** in December of last year. Since then, they have asked me for permission to continue to service my home, to which I outright refused. Despite my refusal of service and canceled contract, they proceeded to service my home three additional times, and then sent me a bill for the refused treatments.Because I have refused to pay the $150 that they are invoicing me for, they are threatening to take me to collections. This is illegal business practice and they should be held liable. They have harassed me nonstop for over a year now, and continue to extort me for payment that I do not owe.

      I spoke with Mr. ******* and have resolved the issue.  I have issued a credit on his account for the balance and confirmed via email that he doens't have a balance with us and he won't be going to collections.

      We had monthly mosquito sprays for years with U.S. Pest. We had issues several years back where we didn't think the technician was spraying, and reported the issue. We thought the issue had been resolved, but noticed the mosquitos were getting worse this year. We checked our cameras and noticed that the technician was just pulling in our driveway and then pulling back out and charging us. I called July 30, 2024 to report this issue, and customer service stated that she would have the ** call and they wanted the opportunity to make it right. He never called. Another month went by and my husband works from home. We caught on camera yet again and my husband saw the technician pull in, and pull directly out and sit at the stop sign across the street. The technician never sprayed our yard, and we were charged yet again $50. I called customer service again on August 26, 2024, and she remembered me and patched me directly to the *** The ** did not seem overly concerned and stated that he would refund me for the past 2 times that I had on camera and had a physical witness, but stated he would have to research the technician to see if there were any other instances. I have yet to be refunded the $100. I have spent thousands with this company, and concerned that there are more times that I paid for a service that I didn't receive.

      US Pest has failed to discover visible termite damage for several years. The termites have damaged floor joists and gotten into at least one load bearing wall which I am aware of.The CEO of the company offered to split the repair costs but has not made good on her offer, or been responsive to our attempts to contact her directly.More facts in the attachments...

      I have a contract with U.S. Pets for termite control and for repair of any termite damage. I have had this same contract for over 10 years. I paid for my yearly termite inspection in August, 2023. On or about April 18, 2024, I noticed termites had swarmed in my home. They were alive and dead. I contacted U.S. Pest that same day. The next day, April 19, 2024, a representative from U.S. Pest came to my home and confirmed I had termites and treated my home. He also inspected for damage and found some damage caused by termites.On April 20, 2024, ************************* with U.S. Pest came to my home to inspect. ***** represented he was the General Manager. He confirmed the insects inside my home were termites and that I had termite damage. He stated he would make arrangements for the repairs and be in touch. The repairs have never been completed. I have called ***** numerous times asking about the status of my repair. He answered my first call on April 25, but has not answered my calls since that time. It has been 87 days, and I have not had the repair begun and cannot even get an update as to when it will begin.

      US Pest does my yearly termite inspection. May 31,2024 I received a bill for $249.00 for date of service 03/01/2024. I called spoke with a gentleman and ask for a copy of the inspection. He said of course he would be happy to get that for me. He called the next day to say oh, we are sorry it looks like this has not been done, someone will be calling to schedule the inspection. I inquired about why they would send a bill if the service has not been provided. I was informed that employee had been fired. I will pay the bill once the service is provided and not before. On June 13, 2024 US Pest charged my debit card on file $249.00 inspection still has not been done. I called them again this morning requesting a refund and cancel my service because this is not the first time this has happened.

      We received a bill via email for $200 for a termite inspection from US PEST Protection, as services rendered on a day which we were home and know it did not happen. Our gates were locked, our video cameras on, besides us being home. It did not happen. The "service report" gave the name of the service tech "*********************", and said it happened at 8am, and "No Visible Termite Activity present during the inspection". Dated 5/31/2024. We called and were told by ******* that their system automatically sends these sorts of ******** out. We had the exact same thing happen to us last year: 5/25/2023. We didn't report them, and they came out and did the inspection. We continued our other pest services as well. This also happened to a close family member last year. Her crawl space was locked, and she was home. Never were either of us contacted ahead that these "services" were scheduled. If we weren't home and know for a fact they weren't here (or at our family members home) on said date and time, we would have been charged for services that never took place! We CANCELED them from ALL services on 6/3/24. We asked for the fraudulent service charge of $200 to be removed and as of 6/11/24 is still showing as a bill, even after calling again to have it removed. We highly suspect this is happening to many people who aren't home and think they're paying for services which were never rendered.Please look into this fraudulent practice. This is extremely disappointing because we have used this company for 19 years! We trusted them with our home and property and have paid them alot of money over those years.

      Upon inspection of our crawl space, we were advised we needed a dehumidifier to handle a water problem under our house. On 6/14/2022 their inspector wrote up a dehumidifier through ******** and we set it up on credit. They brought it out and placed it under house and said local company would come out to hook it up to electric. Upon their arrival they said no because of the water situation. They in turned call one of their project men to come look and see what he thought could help. He said you must take care of the water problem before trying to dry out the underside of house. So called US PEST to come and take it back. **** said they would and that he would take care of ********. Also said he would figure out something to help with water situation. They removed dehumidifier on July 20, 2022. I called the next week spoke to ***** and she said she sent it back the week before. I have called almost every week since and I get the same thing (it was sent back) I am 8 weeks out so far and am being billed with reminders I am late on payments. So have they been lying this whole time. **** has not returned my calls to let me know what is going on and this is the last resort. ******** sent letter to me saying they were going to send report to credit bureau on this. I work hard to be sure I have good credit, and because they cannot follow up on their end, I am going to have report on my credit report.

      Ms. *****'s account was refunded through ******** and a credit was placed on her account with U.S. Pest to clear the balance for work not able to be completed.

      ******** is a 3rd party company that we use through financing and there should be no further isssues at this point.

      I personally spoke to customer service rep and he checked for me. They issued a credit on August 29, 2022 to US Pest. But since I was over 30 days past due they had to notify credit bureau. He suggested getting in touch with ******** to dispute this. When I would do that they would in turn go back to ******** and at that point ******** can take the charges off and clear my credit.
