    As a remodeler I buys doors and storm doors through ****** since 2017, and really like my salesperson there. Whenever Edwards Exteriors is the installing contractor, I cringe.
    While 2 of the actual installers are great, dealing with with Ashley is so frustrating I will be looking for a way to avoid dealing with this company. I'll buy elsewhere, or hire a different installer to avoid the rudeness and inefficiency I experience with this company. When I'm given, by text, a time window for an installation I am either on-site or pay someone to be on-site to meet an installer. They usually don't show, are late, or I get a call from ****** saying the installer isn't coming. Frequently an installer calls at 8am, at a job site when the time window is in the afternoon, and I have to scramble to accommodate them or wait weeks for another install date.
    I've been calling and texting Ashley for weeks now with no response. I'm used to the complications of contractors and sub-contractors, but Edwards Exteriors is the WORST!

    ************* is my salesperson at the ****** on Charlotte Pike. He has the addresses and information regarding my installed purchases.
    Most of the installations your company has done for me are in the ******** at ********. Justin R******* has been on many of those jobs, and is the only employee I've had contact with that is communicative and follows a schedule.
    My biggest issue is that no one ever answers my calls regarding installation, Ashly hasn't returned recent calls or texts regarding installations at ***************. The lack of ability to talk to someone is creating the other issues, and my frustration.
