      Hi my name is *****. I have been using this company for *************************************************************************************** the past. For the past 7 years I have been purchasing digital download copies rather than hard copy cds, That has been convenient so that I can sign in to daywind and open up the songs to sing in church. Recently, when I tried to sign in it wouldnt allow me to. I called daywind after the holidays and they informed me that they had switched servers, ( they did not even warn us about this), and that they would temorarily allow me to sign back in and download the songs and save them however I choose, but that they would no longer be available for me after that. When I tried to sign in and download them, it did not work. The woman I spoke with, her name may have been ******, was extremely unhelpful and rude and even hung the phone up on me at least once. She put me on hold multiple times, and kept saying that she had other calls to attend to. I was cut off and had to call back 3-4 times at least. She said that we shouldnt have been allowed to sign in multiple times anyhow that it was in their policy. I thought this was the whole point of digital downloads. I was later told by a higher up man in the company that that was not true. I asked him if the old purchases couldnt just be added to the new account which would be the best case scenario and he said no. As of now I cant access any of the probably ****** songs I have purchased. The man said that he would send me the songs in an email but I have not received them yet. I honestly think the right thing to do for everyone would be make sure all purchases are added on to the new account. Otherwise, if that cant be done then they should have to send out a hard copy of all the songs which have been purchased. It was my understanding that all of these purchases would forever be available to use when signing into my account.

      I placed an order after business hours last night. I quickly realized how much the company was price gauging so I immediately requested a cancellation. The company is now lying and saying they can't cancel it. It had not even been 24 hours. I'm disabled. I'm on a very fixed income I can't afford costly mistakes like this. You'd think as a so-called "Christian" company they would undergo compassion and reason. Obviously not. Very sad.

With that being the case, we educated the customer on how to mark the package as "refused" to initiate the return process. The package should arrive today 07/28 and once we receive the return, we will process a refund for the customer. Attachment included. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/07/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I asked for this to be canceled long before it was shipped. The seller refused to act. For the seller to claim they are a "*********" organization is really comedic. They certainly do not display any kind qualities, especially to a disabled patron. They'** "solution" of refusal Is hardly a solution at all. This does not work and then I have no item or my money. The practical ********* solution here is to refund. However, we feel that we have made reasonable efforts given the dynamics of the situation.
