  Will never call this company again. Needed new outdoor spigot. Charged me 75.00 to tell me it would cost 849.00. Got a different company to replace it and also installed new shower fixtures for 540.00. They want you to pay for their lifestyle.

  I am sorry you felt that your service was not up to par. Our records show that we came out and gave you a price of $617 for replacement of that outdoor spigot on September of last year and that while we were on site we found a shutoff valve that controlled that spigot that was leaking. We turned that spigot off for you so that you would have time to address the problem without it actively leaking. I am sorry you feel like our prices do not justify the service we provided.

  DO NOT USE 615 Plumbing LLC. They are scammers. They will charge twice to three times what other plumber can easily do. Customer service is unprofessional and deceptive. Highly recommend avoiding ever using 615 Plumbing. They will rip you off.

  Outrageously overpriced!
  I recently got new countertops installed and needed my garbage disposal reinstalled, new kitchen faucet installed, and the P trap reconnected. All materials provided except maybe a couple small pieces of PVC. When I called, I asked about their rates and if they could give me an hourly rate. I was told they could not and that each job was priced differently based on what was needed. I was told there would be a $79 service fee to come out, to which I agreed. The plumber, who was very nice, arrived on time within the window provided, and quickly took a look and let me know that the job would cost me $889.00. Shocked, I asked how much time he allotted to the job and was told an hour and a half and that the labor rate was over $600 per hour. I politely declined, paid the service fee I agreed to, and called another very reputable local plumbing company. This company transparently gave me their hourly rate over the phone of $129 per hour and assured me that what I was quoted by 615 Plumbing was way overpriced for such a small job. Especially being that most, if not all, of the materials needed for the job is being provided.
  While I can’t attest to 615 Plumbing’s quality of work, I will never consider this company again. Even if they do promise the “best” employees, there is no reason they should be $500 more per hour than their competitors. I feel that they intentionally overprice their residential jobs in order to get customers to decline, so they can quickly cash in on service fees without having to do any actual work. Their website even claims their service fee is normally priced at $129 (the cost of one full hour of work from competitors). The $79 fee is a “special offer”. This company won’t get a handout from me again. You should do one of three things: Reconsider your rates, stop doing residential service completely, or let your customers know up front that your labor rate is in excess of $600/hour (especially if they ask)!

  DO NOT CALL THEM! Highly overpriced. Obnoxious owner who has zero respect for his customers. Simple garbage disposal replacement - charge of ~$750! The service and parts are as expected - nothing extraordinary that will justify the price gauging! Do not believe a word the owner says to justify his prices. Judging by the responses below and my personal interaction, he seems to have his talking point well memorized.

Like we addressed on the phone, we employ some of the best technicians in the state, we provide the highest level of training both in customer service as well as technical training weekly. We supply stocked and wrapped trucks so you know a professional is showing up ready to get your problem resolved. We show up same day to take care of your concerns and always provide options with upfront pricing before we start any work. That being said, once work is done we can not price match other companies that provide a different value than we do. We provide value in great work, being on time ready to handle anything, and being true pros in our profession. Taking our price after the work is done and comparing it to companies that do not offer the same level of service is unfair.

  I would understand your comments if there was a large complicated job done in a constricted space, however we are talking about installing a refrigerator water supply hose from my existing water supply spigot in my kitchen to my refrigerator and installing a water pressure valve in my walk in basement. I still feel like I was overcharged at one thousand dollars for these two small jobs regardless of the level of trucks you send .
