    one of the workers there told my my bearing was the issue i went and bought the part when i dropped my vehicle off no system lights were on my car when i picked my car up every light in my dash was on i asked about the problem they refused to fix it told me to take it to ******** to get the codes cleared and they don’t clear codes they made my front collision warning system fail didn’t hook none of my speed sensors back up and installed my tire on wrong to where a tire malfunction code also pulled up

    This is **** ******. I am the owner of Ridgeline Motors. This complaint is the first of my knowledge coming from this customer. She has been in correspondence with my employee unkowningly to me. She keeps saying Ridgeline Motors but Ridgeline Motors only replaced a wheel bearing. We did not diag that vehicle. Her friend called and asked how much to replace a wheel bearing. I informed them since we did not diagnose the problem it would be this cost which was $200 for labor with no warranty. If any customer doesn't pay for a diagnosis because they feel they already know the issue I will perform the work requested and thats it. We nor anyone on Ridgeline Motors time diagnosed her vehicle. She has never once showed up here or called the business. I have not heard from this lady since the day she left. Upon leaving I told her if she has any problems or would like an actual diagnosis to feel free to stop by and I would be happy to assist her further. My employee does not represent Ridgeline Motors outside of Ridgeline Motors and is not on my diagnostic team. Just because he worked here doesnt mean Ridgeline Motors is responsible for what is going with her vehicle because an employee told her after hours and not on the property. I would be happy if she would bring it in and I can help her further instead of writing and bad mouthing my business to anyone that will listen and writing reviews and contacting everyone but Ridgeline Motors to help her in this matter. Once again this a dispute between my former employee and apparently his ex-wife affair paertner and has nothing to do with my business as in Ridgeline Motors. She paid for her own part and I charged her for the labor only. I am more than willing to assist her in this matter to keep her as happy and safe and confident as can be in her vehicle. Thank you

    I called the BBB because codes came up on my car after the car was worked on at THE SHOP i told them both about it they told me to go to ******** and get them cleared. that’s the problem is the codes
