      see attached Mr. ********** submitted the attached complaint letter to BBB. We contacted him for more details and he shared the following summary: He took his car to Midas in Hixson when the “check engine light” warning came on in his truck. The determination was that he needed to replace four sensors on his exhaust and he had them proceed with this, paid for it, and had his truck returned to him. Midas purchased the sensors from ******** and included that information in his receipts. After he left, he noticed that the “check engine light” continued to come on and contacted Midas. They advised him to use it a few times and put about 25 miles on the truck and the warning should disappear. He says it didn’t, and Midas in Hixson does not want to work on his truck anymore. His understanding is that the Hixson location is part of a group of stores operated by a business based in Nashville. Mr. ********** then took his truck to a couple of auto dealers, but they state that they will need to charge him a diagnostic fee, and in working on his truck, they would void any warranty offered by Midas for the work they’ve completed. During this time, he was speaking with a gentleman at Midas Corporate named *****, who told him to call him when he’s at the dealership so they can discuss the situation, but each time they’ve done so, he’s unable to reach *****.
