    I ordered a jungle float for commercial use and it’s been a nightmare! Do not buy from this company! They guaranteed delivery by march 1st and didn’t show up till mid July. The float was missing parts, the slide is missing a very crucial section! The rock wall didn’t fit and was returned. I paid $6k for a custom paint job (orange and green) they delivered a blue and yellow one. The hand rails were wrong, there is a patch missing from the top platform. And they left the boat half assembled and said they would return to finish it and I haven’t been able to reach anyone since and it’s been almost a month! I can not use it, it’s incomplete and I’m going to have to pursue legal action. Don’t believe anyone or anything they say. Once they get your money it’s over. No more contact. There is a section missing from the water slide that if a child were to use it they would fall out and land on a giant metal brace. My family invested our life savings and got a floating paperweight. They refuse to answer calls and emails, but when I called from a different number and pretended to be a new customer of course I had no problem getting a response. Disgusting. Buyer be ware! I paid for a bunch of stuff that wasn’t delivered and they are laughing all the way to the bank right now.
