HAD TO ARGUE WITH HIM TO GET OVER TO OUR JOB AFTER PAYING HIM A ********* **** GRANT 3 ALOTMENT CHECKS OF $8333.00 . CONTRACTOR THREATENED TO GIVE HIM LAST CHECK BEFORE THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. HE TOOK THE LAST CHECK AND DID NOT FINISH HIS CONTRACT.
