    If I could give it no starts I would. I am 65 years old and have never experienced such RUDE service from the VP of Operations Kristin W******. First of all I had to call the establishment 3 times after being promised that someone would return my call. I simply wanted to check on my claim being overpaid from my insurance companies, and also an invoice I had paid as well. I was told by Kristin that she was trying to be helpful, but if I did not listen and let her explain her side, I had other options. When I asked what those options were, she replied I will simply HANG UP! She never addressed my frustration with their service. Her only initial response was you have a zero balance, never mind that your account is overpaid. I stayed on the phone despite being insulted because I want my refund. She asked that I email her my documentation and that she would also contact my insurance companies. I HOPE NO ONE ELSE EVER HAS TO GO THROUGH BEING TOLD THAT IF THEY DON'T SUBMIT TO HER WHEN SHE IS SPEAKING THAT HER METHOD OF RESOLVING ISSUES IS TO JUST HANG. They advertise being in business for 20 years, I don't know how. Also, I checked out the reviews, most of them support what I am saying. I will also be contacting Medicare and my provider to complain about this company.

    This is a joke. Phone number to pay bill busy multiple days. Called number for billing questions and was left on hold. Website wouldn’t load for several days but finally got through. Paid bill but received error message. Wouldn’t trust them again.
