    We lost hot water in one of our heaters over Thanksgiving weekend. I knew they weren't open but I did call to leave a message so as to get in line quicker Monday morning. Surprisingly, I received a call later that afternoon acknowledging our problem and that we would hear from them first thing Monday. They did as promised, worked with our schedule and had David (who is awesome) on site promptly and repairs were quickly made at a reasonable price. I could not recommend a service provider any higher than Scenic City Plumbing.

    we had Fawcet problem in our bathroom, Chris K. was sent for the first time - we have used Scenic City many times prior to his arrival. Chris is extremely polite and professional to work with. He is pleasant to communicate, courteous and a true hard worker!! Even though he could not fix our old house problem per to his satisfaction, he gave his sincere effort to complete the job.
    He installed a new faucett in another bathroom and had checked all our other plumnbing areas- We are very pleased with his technical ability and will definitely like to have him solve our future plumbing issues. I wish him best for all his endeavors, and would recommend scenic City to all our friends
