    I paid $9.50 for a washer that was 8 load washer the washer was mechanically malfunctioning so my clothes didn’t rinse and was still soaking wet like the clothes didn’t wash neither and I told the customer service and she took pictures said it was over loaded and she can’t refund it and she wouldn’t give me her manager number and finally the manager called and spoke with me was very rude yelling at me telling me she not responsible and she not refunding anything and she got the pictures where the clothes was overloaded smh 2 other customers was in the business also and they came up and seen that it wasn’t overloaded and I called the police and the manager ended up putting me on the no trespassing list. I didn’t even do anything I just wanted to use another washer but also be refunded from the washer that didn’t work. The worker followed me around saying stuff wanting argue with me I constantly told her to leave me alone even the other customers told her to leave me alone I wasn’t doing anything to her smh.

    We're so sorry you had a bad experience at our facility.  We do have policies regarding overloading our machines posted for all self service customers to see.  The machines are in good working order and you just overloaded it with too many pieces at once.  Kindly visit us at your convenience and we will be happy to offer you a $10 credit toward future use.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I spent over $30 dollars washing and drying my clothes and the woman manager made me leave and called the police back and made me take my clothes out the dryer while still In use 6 dryers with 50minutes on each and I was told to leave the property and not to return and I come here just about every weekend.

    We arrived at the Hixson Coin Laundry at 10:02 pm est on 8/5/22. We had four bags of clothes and were loading them into the four biggest washers in the first line of washing machines. A black lady, I assummed to be a the laundry tech, parked in the fire lane in front of the laundry main entrance. she remained in her car for quite some time after that she approached the main entrance around 10:15 ish. she was rushed, upset, and seemed very irritated. she was nagging to me about we close at 11pm and i told her that i understood that. she said are yall washing and drying, i said yes but i was unaware of the process of the business prodcures as it was our first time using this landry facility. They had nothing posted and the near closing process prodecdure and the landry tech started getting an attitude and saying that we needed to get our laundry out of the washer because the place closes at 11pm. I was pulzzed because at this time it was only 10:30 pm. The tech kept being rude, she called me a ***** and said that she called the police and the mananger. she contined to make threats saying that she can call someone up to the current location to beat me up and she also stated that " she got somthing for me in her car." her car was parked in front of the main entrance and she proceded to her car and grabbed a small purse from the driver side or the car. I felt threatened, i felt like she had a gun in her purse. My girlfriend and child was next to me and tech was very agressive making attempts to intimidate me to wrath. I spoke with the mananger and she also was very agressive on the phone saying that she will not refund the money for the washing services. The mananger hung up in my face before that, she said the the police is on the way to take me to jail. the tech was taunting my girlfriend while my child was next to her. The police arrived on site to take statements and i informed the police officer about the tech threating me. i am currently pressing charges against

    We are so very sorry for the negative experience you had while visiting our facility.  Please contact me directly and the next time you are in the laundry, we will offer to do your wash at no charge or offer our convenient drop off service if its more convenient for you.  Even though we have signs clearly stating that the doors close and lock at 11pm sharp, we can understand how that can be confusing with the timing of the machines and each individual cycle.  The young lady you had a bad experience with is not one of our employees, she was a contracted night time cleaning person.  We reported the incident to the company that we hire to clean in the evenings and they have relocated that young lady to someplace else.   Again we apologize for the bad experience and invite you back during our normal drop off hours to meet with our friendly and knowledgeable staff.
