I bought a mobile game trailer from Rolling Video Games back in 2021 signed a contract for 2 ACs, a Yahama generator when I got the trailer it had only one AC the generator wasn’t a yahama it was something very cheap because we had to spend 2k on a new one within 5 months the AC that I did not pay for came with missing parts so we had to call GE to get the part my trailer doesn’t have any heat there is a part missing for that also when we went to pick up the trailer and pointed out things to them that didn’t look right we were told this is a trailer not a house mind you I was paying for a brand new trailer not a used one. When we brought the trailer home we had to replace the flooring the one that came with the trailer was cheap it was hard to mop the floor and within months it started to crack, the wiring for the trailer is so bad that the wires are hanging under neath the trailer and dragging my husband is still working up to this day to fix the wiring problem. When I purchased the trailer I was making my payments every month $1561. I bought all this issues to rolling video games I was spending to some one at their office I provided receipts and pictures of the problems I was having nothing to this day is resolved I stopped making my payments. I had someone anonymously called me a wk or two ago and told me to hide my trailer that ***** ******* the owner is looking to repo my trailer I then texted him and said instead of fixing my problem you are sending someone to repo my trailer he then responded to with racial remarks and called me a criminal I said to him how dare you speak to me like that I am a customer who gave a deposit having been making payments and stopped because I have one Ac unit in my truck that doesn’t accommodate 24 kids it gets way too hot that I have had to cancel some events for in the winter I’m losing business because there is no heat. His argument to me is that they have been calling me and I have been ignoring their calls which is a lie. Rolling Video Games have my number and email if they didn’t reach me through a phone call he could’ve text or email that how he correspondence when he sends me an invoice every month for payment via email. ***** ******* defrauds customers into paying for trailers and when customers picks them up it’s not what they signed for. I paid around $60k for my trailer I think I owe a bal of 22k which I am not paying because of the following reasons he lied to me about what I was paying for The trailer needs 2 Acs not one I live in NY and we had a bad heat wave this year the kids and parents complained about the trailer being to hot I can’t work in the winter the sold me a trailer with the heat not working even the one Ac my husband had to fix and when he called ***** ******* and told him the problem he responded to husband “are you a professional” the man is so rude and unprofessional the way he deals with you once you sign your contract. He has a bad reputation the way he does business. I uploaded a copy of my contract he didn’t honor that contract.

This is a simple matter of a a customer that purchased a trailer from us and is coming up with a bunch of excuses to not make their financing payments.  Fortunately, we have many customers around the USA that make their payments and use their trailers to make kids happy with parties and events.  A small percentage of customers, get their trailers and try to conjure up excuses and complaints about their trailers because they think that will absolve their debt to us or release them from making financing payments.  I'm certain you will see a pattern of such behavior of Ms. ******* past.   It is interesting that we don't get complaints from customers that pay in full for their trailers.  Even with her complaints, we made every attempt to rectify her issues and she would not let us see her trailer or have anyone examine or work on it (likely because they would find no problems with it).  We are still open to servicing her trailer, but she will not allow us.

PROOF that she was happy upon receiving her trailer:  I am attaching a document with Ms. ****** signature.  This is not a complicated document.  It states that she received her trailer and FULLY SATISFIED with everything.  The reason we create this document is to keep people from trying these tricks.  Fortunately we only have to defend ourselves with a few like Ms. *****.

I purchased my Junk Trailer on 4-21-21 and received my trailer on 11-20-21. Which i do have a recorded talk with the reps at Rolling Video Games that I would get my trailer in 7-12 weeks, LOL 10 Months is how long it took to get it. I paid the webinar cost of 785 and the 25% Deposit of 14,800 and i had to pay a 5000 dollar deliver fee and the total cost of trailer was 61,335.00. So my problem is that for that price WHY is my trailer falling apart- (1) all the screws that hold up all the upper and lower trim are all falling out. (2) The Rubber floor is coming up everywhere. (3) The generator is not even strong enough to run the two A/C units breaker pops all the time. (4) the power distribution box caught fire during a party ( that was scary). (5) The customer support and finical departments suck can never get someone or when you do they don't even help you. (6) the wrap job they did is horrible it is ripping and coming off, how wraps over all the screws and bolts DUMB. (7) All the box's that where under all the TV's have already fell off the wall and I had to buy all new console's because of this. This Trailer is not worth the money or the time. Buy from somewhere else. I have spent so much money and time trying to just keep the trailer operational. Oh and all the wiring was wrong that is why it caught fire. I have tried calling them to discuss this problems but do they answer NOPE. over the year i have call close to 100 times for help.

My husband and I purchased a trailer from Chris H******, owner of Rolling Video Games in December of 2021. To date I have not received my trailer (7619 Hixson Pike Chattanooga, TN 37343. We are from the Bahamas and paid in full to purchase a 28ft trailer from RVG. The funds were wired directly from our bank account in 2021. Initially, he was very responsive and were told that it would take 6-8 weeks. We attended a new owner's orientation online, had a video call of the warehouse and we were asked to send a logo for our trailer. We even received a business plan template and other helpful information. All seemed legit until 6 months to a year passed by. We called and got no answers, only to be told that there were global delays and staffing changes etc. My husband and I have been more than patient and understanding. Last Friday we received what seems to be an automated queue alert to say that we were #3 in the queue for production for the second time. At this point, we became anxious, frustrated and I became very suspicious, so I reached out to a number of an employee that I was given from Chris H****** sometime last year. Upon speaking with the employee, he said he no longer worked for Chris and left because he realized there were 13 other people that have been in the same predicament as myself and he suggested that I take legal action. After doing some research I found out about Sport Fontoons and others who have had the same experience with another business industry. I have no idea how to proceed with this, but we definitely need to take legal action against Chris H****** if we are not going to get our trailer. I need help!

April 2022, I paid Rolling Video Games 13,000 down for a trailer that was suppose to have been ready in 90 days. I have not received the trailer as of today February 9th, 2023. I asked for a refund and was told they don't do refunds. They want return my phone calls. Every few months I get a email saying what place I'm in to receive the trailer. I'm going to take legal actions with this company.
