I purchased a tool box and tools from ************************* snap on from ******************* 3 days after I bought them I ask *** to return the box. He said he could not take the box back that it would be a repo on my credit, but not to worry, he would pay for the box and pick it up in two weeks because he was wanting a new box.that in two weeks he would pick it up I found out yesterday that the box is still in my name snap on call me and said I was $81 past year I told him I returned the box in two months ago *** pick the box up and bought the box for his self but they as of yesterday have left the box in my name and *** s using my credit account to pay for a box because employees are not allowed to have charge accounts. I asked ************************* to take the box out of my name. He informed me that he could not do that because me and *** have a gentlemans agreement I have never heard of a gentlemans agreement and *** never signed one so I am filing a fraud complaint against snap on, and **** climates and ******************* for using my credit account with snap on for his employee to have a box. I am wanting to file a lawsuit for fraud because I was not aware that he was gonna leave it in my name he said he would leave it in my name until he picked it up in two weeks and he would make the payments when he picked it up. He told me my part was done with the box. I wont snap on to the refund me everything they show on my charge account due to them using my credit account for their employee.

*** never made his part of the payment. And what was explain up front was there is no return because of buyer remorse. We tried to help him out so he would not take a hit on his credit cause he is a young boy and we tried to help him. *** needed a box and offered to pay for it.  *** always made his part of the payment but the kid had tools on his credit too. Which he quit paying on. Well when I called to ask why that is when this came up about this box still being in his name. He assumed it would not be. We never told him it wouldnt be. The point was to help him save his credit. So now we have repossessed tools and box and its all over with. He just didnt seem to have an understanding of how things actually work. Unfortunately, we tried to help a young man and he just said I dont want your help and took the repo. End of story. You cant help anyone anymore not worth the trouble.

They are liars how am I trouble when they used my name and charge account for his employee I turned my tools in because I didnt trust them they said I was $82 and come to find out that $82 was his employee payment on the toolbox in my name so I turned my stuff in. I want something done about them using my name for his employee, and they never explained it to me no matter what they say. In fact, he told me that the Better Business Bureau cannot affect him or hurt him, and he was not worried about the complaint.
