My electric lawn mower stopped working and was under warranty so I called the nearest Cub Cadet authorized dealer to fix my mower. The nearest dealer was Quality Lawn in Lafollette, Tennessee. They told me they could get to it in 2 to 3 weeks, that was 13 plus weeks ago, They have never called me to update me on the status of my mower. I have called them several time and have always been given excuses. This is not acceptable as the mower was under warranty and I have had to find other means to keep my acre plus mowed. I am 66 and disabled and depend on that mower to get around the yard also. That is one of the reasons I bought electric, less maintenance. This is unacceptable. Please help me.

    Business Response

Thank you for reaching out with this issue and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

We have been in contact with Cub Cadet technical services trying to collectively diagnose and fix the issues with your machine ever since it came into the shop.

They had a few suggestions and we had to wait for the parts to come in.

We were able to diagnose that the main computer had malfunctioned but unfortunately, Cub Cadet does not make this part anymore.

Cub agreed that they would like to reimburse you for the cost of the mower and they will be in contact with you soon to proceed with the refund.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
