      In November 2021 I called and spoke with the manager/salesman at Bushtec about buying a trailer I saw on the Bushtec website, a 2007 Cargo Turbo+2 listed for $2399. It has since come to my attention that I was totally mislead about this trailer.
      When I discussed buying the trailer, I was not told that the wiring connections for the signal lights and brakes would not work on our 2020 Can Am. Since then we have been fighting with the wiring to get the lights connected, with no avail. I called and spoke with the manager/salesperson and told him how frustrated we are with this trailer and when he asked me what year the Can Am is, which I told him when I bought it, that it is a 2020. He THEN informed me that the trailer wiring DOES NOT WORK on a Can Am newer than 2019!!
      This is totally unacceptable as I bought the trailer in 2021. He should have knowledge of what works and what does not work on which motorcycle since knowing this sort of information is PART OF HIS JOB!
      Previously we had ordered and received the WRONG wiring harness to connect the lights. I took the harness to our dealer to install. The tried to make it work until they checked closer at the paperwork and discovered that he had sold me a kit for a HARLEY DAVIDSON!!! I think that he sold me the trailer knowing we were several states away and it would be hard to complain.
      When I called again on Monday 2/27/23 and spoke with the manager/salesman. During the conversation he didn’t deny any of this and it was then that he told me about the trailer not work with a 2020 Can Am. He then asked for my contact phone number promising to talk with the management saying he would call me back the next day, Tuesday 2/28/2023. I have not heard from him since.
      I am very disappointed with this company, the manager and the service (or lack of) I have received.
      The only person you can contact using their phone number is the manager/salesperson, no one else seems to work there... I even sent a registered letter with no reply.
