    I applied for an apartment with this company in which it details an application fee and administration fee. I was under the impression the administration fee would be reimbursed upon denial yet according to the worker, 15 pages into the contact it says the fee is non refundable. This is a blatant scam and unethical business practice taking advantage of people looking for a place to live. Specific stipulations should have been clear at the beginning of the application rather than hiding certain information 15 pages into paperwork that could have been an oversight. Even on the site, it mentions the $75 fee, no explanation for the other fees yet again, that non refundable information should have been located in the same location for clarity. I feel this is intentional

    All applicants sign a Qualifying Criteria form at the time of applying. This form entitles what all fees are for. In the event that an application is denied due to criminal history, then RAM will refund any reservation deposit, application fee, and the administration fee within 30 days after the denial date of the application. Applications and criteria is an electronic form, so if an applicant calls with more questions, we can detail the process before they actually apply. This is a current resident, that orginally got denied due to credit.So unfortunately this resident did not qualify. However, we use a 3rd party company called "The Gurantors" that reviews all denied applications to see if they can approve any applicants to pay a bond with them and agreement. This resident was approved through that program. She has been moved in since 6/7/2023. Attached is the signed qualifiyng criteria form for resident. We are requesting to please close this claim entailing misidentified information.

    I would like to request this matter be withdrawn as a remedy was met. My only misunderstanding was cleared up by the awesome staff.
