    After very cautiously making sure that my card wasn't able to be charged again after doing a down payment for someone months ago which I was assured could not be ran again, months have gone by and I someone who isn't a customer myself was charged 3 times in about a weeks time. All 3 charges went through and I've been trying to get them to get me my money back and they keep giving me more stuff to do. I've had to play Private investigator to get there customers information for them that they already had but wouldn't give me and want me to email a PDF file to someone with my bank statement and they keep giving me a run around repeating rehearsed spiel. I'm not good with computers and it doesn't make sense that they seem to be getting away with all this.I specifically made sure this couldn't happen with them and they clearly lied to get a sale I would like to pursue legal action but I can't afford it. They literally stole from me and I don't know what to do about it

Id like to clarify that ***** is a third-party lease-to-own financing provider that operates within our Electronic Express locations to assist customers with financing options. The financial side of your sale, including the refund process, is handled directly by Acima rather than Electronic Express. This means we have limited control over the financial transactions related to your lease.
    That said, I have been in touch with our ***** representative, who confirmed that the refund was completed to the account associated with your purchase. Please allow some time for the transaction to appear on their end if it hasnt already.

    I ordered a standup freezer from ******* Tn. for pickup at Electronic Express. When l got it home and unboxed it, it was beat up badly. The store wasn't helpful and turned over to the online department which at first offered $50 partial refund through email then said they couldn't offer anything that they made a mistake. They were very rude. They said l would have to haul it back for a refund and said we probably damaged it in transit. They had me sign a paper that l accept item at pickup. They then blamed damages on me. It is all to cover there **** as corporate said they have to cover themselves. The staff at the store loaded the item themselves. It was in standing position the whole transit strapped in so we did not do the damages which was on the top and bottom. Some smaller dings on sides but top and bottom damage are extensive.

    I apologize to hear the inconveniences that you have run into with the delivery of your fridge. After reviewing the photos that you have provided, we were able to determine the damage was potentially caused by fork lifts in the manufacturer warehouse. In this case, we are willing to either swap the item out for you or we can offer a refund for damages. I have contacted you separately to come to an agreement on the best solution
