      This company has two names. They are also known as Luxury Baths.I wrote a review a couple of weeks ago and it was not posted or taken down. I first started dealing with this business in February of 2017. There have been problems with the $10,000.00 remodel they did ever since. Most recently, the "Lifetime Warranted" acrylic shower pan they re-installed about a year ago, cracked open in May 2024. The ** told me the original company went out of business and they had no responsibility to honor the warranty. He agreed to contact the manufacturer of the pan. When I reached out to him 6 weeks later, he would not tell me who the manufacturer is but wanted to know if I wanted to discuss estimates with them. I asked for the name of the manufacturer again and I am yet to get a response. I filed a BBB claim against their other name, Luxury Baths and that went nowhere.Keep your money or deal with a company that is transparent in their dealings.I am very disappointed in the BBB process in this matter.
