    9/20/22 Insert was installed blower was on back order had them leave it on the bill to not confuse the tax credit they said they would call when they received it. No word after several months so I started calling finally after weeks of calls someone called [Did leave msg each time] they checked and it had come in told them we were not in Tn at the time and could leave at are Realtor confirmed address this would have been around Jan. 25/23 . Have called a dozen times with no return call always left msg. Don't know if they took it to the wrong place or what as they cant return calls! The purchase price complete was $6460.83. Do not have the receipt with ** here in Ca. the blower was approx $600. Looking for a return call and a delivery date! The system is less efficient without a blower.

    Very, very sorry this has taken so long.  It took forever to get them in.  Then, our tech did not see the job on his tablet & did not take it when it was supposed to be taken to the realtor office.  We did contact ************** yesterday.  I'm sorry we did not before.  We have a new person taking & returning calls.  I can't really tell you why you were not called back.  We are sending it down there today, 2/9/23
