      The Emergency room at Jackson-Madison General Hospital was a terrible experience. My wife had an accident and was never taken seriously. None of the staff seemed to care. Nothing was done to offer comfort. She had a broken wrist and they wrapped it with an ace bandage cutting off her circulation. The girl who did it admitted she didn't know how to wrap it. She had to look it up on her phone and then asked 3 other staff how to do it.They misdiagnosed my wife. They said she had a sprained hip muscle. She couldn't even walk and they said there was no reason why she couldn't walk. Six days later we find out why, because she has a broken pelvis. No one cared. There was no concern and no communication. The staff acted like we were bothering them. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. The service was extremely poor. I'm leaving one star because it will not allow me to leave zero.
