    I called Garrett Plumbing to plumb in a double vanity in my house. I was told that the going rate was 125/hour. It took them from 8:20am -10:00am to finish my vanity and they also put on my shower head. I have to tighten the sink faucets because they are super loose, but no big deal. I was given the bill finally at 10:30am and noticed that I was charged 3.5 hours for labor. I called at 10:38am and then 5 more times until I was able to speak to someone at 4:30pm. They told me that it is the customer's responsibility to pay for however long it takes the driver to get to my house and back to *******. They apparently left at 7:12am, stopped to get parts, and then came to my house. Making at ************ take over an hour (which I was charged for). When they finished at 10:00am, they sat in my driveway until 10:30am "creating my ****** This wasn't disclosed to me at all that I would be paying for each minute they milked in the process of putting in my vanity. They are scamming people out of money by not telling them and taking as long as they want to get to your house and charging YOU for it. I will not be using this company and I will discourage anyone else from using them as well.
