  Very pleased with **** and ********. They were prompt and professional when they installed the pool cover and closed the pool for the winter. I will definitely call on them to re-open in the spring

  I recently signed a contract with Aloha Pools and Spas of Jackson to have a pool installed and this has been the worst experience of my life. I've had so many problems it would be impossible to list them here. You expect to have issues when doing any large project, but every issue that comes up, the people at Aloha just make excuses, give no apologies, and just demand you write the next check or they won't continue the work. I've had to tear up my sidewalk and other landscaping because of their mistakes (with no apology). It takes them days to return phone calls and texts. And now, a day after they finished the concrete deck around the pool, there are a dozen or so cracks spreading from the pool out toward the edges of the deck. ON DAY ONE!!! The answer I expect back from them (which tends to be their answer to everything) is that "it doesn't state in the contract that the concrete will not crack all over the day after the concrete job is finished." I tried to leave my contact information, but I received the following error: "Review contains what appears to be confidential information like a phone number or account number or social security number. Remove any personal identifiable information from your review" I'll be posting a similar reviews on other sites and I'll try to leave my contact information for anyone that wants to speak with me, see pictures, texts, and other information I may have.

  We certainly understand that a project of this magnitude can be overwhelming. We try to set realistic expectations for customers; even then, some do not quite understand the invasiveness, nonetheless. We want to be a company that over communicates with customers during the installation. Our communication tracking software indicates our average response to concerns on this project is within 24 hours. All pool projects have the support of a sales consultant, project manager, team managers, and in facility support. Each of whom are more than happy to address customer concerns. The customer, along with the project manager, made the decision to relocate the pool to avoid a utility line; this was approved by the customer. It was understood that this relocation would encroach upon the customers sidewalk and landscaping. It was no mistake, but a collaborative decision. It is the nature of concrete to crack. Concrete is most susceptible to cracks in the immediate hours post-pour. We do cut in relief joints and hope any major cracking will occur along the joint. In this instance, we are aware of 2 surface cracks. These are hairline cracks less than an 8th of an inch, well within the industry standard. The customer has a stamped concrete finish. The pool is in the final stages of completion. We are certain, once completed, the customer will enjoy the pool for many years to come.

  Run! Do not use this company. Scam artists and do not follow through. Owner will not accept any liability, return calls or take action to keep his word. Employees are rude, dont follow up or through and honestly this company should be shut down. Our story is too long to post, I could write a book. Trust me I am for my legal team. Just awful! Find a company from z *******, youd have better luck and quality.
