    Thank you so much for your message.  Lets tell the whole story.  Your vehicle was sent to us to be picked up through a party hired  by your lien holder for a breach of contract.  We came to the address listed on the order to secure the unit for the lien holder.  Please do your research on state laws in regards to no trespassing signs.  In addition, please review the information in the contract you signed when you financed your vehicle  It could help answer a lot of the issues you seem to have.  We were at your property to do a lawful repossession and informed law enforcement that this had been done as required.  There was no breach of peace because no contact was ever made, voiding your sign.  When you came to redeem your vehicle, your attitude and aggression towards ALL employees was handled as professionally as it could be.  You threw your redemption fee money at an employee, called her names, and even made derogatory remarks about her physical appearance.  We never refused to return your car only wanted to be treated as professionals which you all were unable to do.
