    My car was towed by THP and these people where very much rude screaming at my husband for no reason when asked why we where told 780$ the next day after they had my vehicle we where yelled at and hung up on I contacted highway patrol and the Lieutenant called me back with an amount of 412$ dollars I contacted the Business quite a few times before I drove there because I live an hour away.Once I arrive at mans wrecker service I told them that my vehicle registration was in the car due to the fact that I wasnt able to retrieve anything from my vehicle while under arrest for driving on suspended . I asked them could they go to the vehicle and take a look at my registration and they where just standing around constantly telling me I needed proof of ownership I continued to tell them its in the car there where around 6 caucasian people the owner got on the phone and called a black guy to come and he was supposed to had been showing up I guess because of the yelling in the phone at my husband and my husband wasnt with me and they accused the person I was with of being my husband and poking at the issue over the phone he said he wasnt my husband and had no dealings with that I continued to be patient and stood around two hours before someone finally confirmed my registration after being told my ownership was fishy and I couldnt get my things from the vehicle no one should be treated that way especially after spending that much money after only having the vehicle for around ******************************************************************* like a thief of my own car and I spent my own money on my car as if I couldnt afford it or something and I was arrested for no license not auto theft so why was I kept from getting my things

    Our rates are based off our rate sheet with THP, which are also posted at our offices. Tow companies are not called /used on joyous occasions, so our staff is trained to be professional with all customers in various situations.

    As we explained to her and her husband, over the phone, multiple times, they would have to have proof of ownership of a vehicle (registered owner). A bill of sale is not proof, it must be the registration. Multiple staff members of Mann's Wrecker Service were cussed out, blamed and called all sorts of names by her and her husband, also threaten to be "blown up" by the husband. She did arrive (with a friend assumed, who was very polite and understanding of the situation) Mann's Wrecker Service Staff explained again in person to her directly on what was needed to get the vehicle. At that time there was no issues or concerns brought up by her regarding miss treatment towards her by our staff or the bill. Our office did ask why we were being treated this way and threatened by them when at the end of the day we are doing our job per THP request to tow the vehicle since the driver was arrested for breaking the law. Only response given is they were upset by the situation.

    At the end of the day we hope all our interactions with customers, no matter how they ended up at our facility, are pleasant.

    I am rejecting this response because: the repairs they quoted had nothing to do with the tow and the repairs they quoted were for parts that they could not get for at least a week which they advised us, which is why we supplied them. They are a dishonest and non respectable business. Even the manager I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional, making threats.

    *******************************ank until he driver gets to our shop, and thats what we told them to do. The fixed the airline, replaced the tires. Then I get the final invoice to pay, and they want $600 for the tow. Then they have the owner threatening about calling hazmat for the fuel leak and he was going to make me pay for the clean up on his parking lot because I dont want to pay. For one, they knew the truck had a fuel leak, they couldnt replace the tank, and they were suppose to cut off the tank and make sure nothing was leaking after. And now is holding my truck, until I pay him what he wants. And he has admitted this. They want to do business one way than after not even completing the job nor doing it correctly, want to change the prices. Attached are the invoices.

Your company chose not to do as recommended. Mann's Wrecker Service also waited on parts you supplied and insisted on using, we also discounted the bill for your company as well. Again, we are sorry you are not satisfied with the results.

    They did call us for 2 tires and an air leak. We had a driver in the area that stopped to make sure what our service mechanic would actually need for this call. Their company had wrecked this truck busted 2 tires, airline and their fuel tank. We informed this company we could not work on this roadside due to the damages. We got permission to tow this truck back to our facility to work on. We gave them quotes to do all the repairs needed for this truck. The company did not want to pay what was needed to do these repairs. So instead, the company sent 2 tires a fuel tank of their own to be used. We had to wait 6 six hrs. for them to arrive with the parts they provided. When we started to replace the fuel tank the straps were no good to hold the replacement tank company was made aware. So, we replaced 2 tires, airline and bypassed the fuel tank as requested. We did tell them if they had been left out on the road with leaking fuel that hazmat would have gotten involved, and their bill would have been significantly hire. We worked in every way possible with this company, from discounting the bill to waiting for their parts.

    There is no way we could tow a semi-truck with a driver, without permission to do so.
