    I was in a pretty horrible car accident that totaled my car. The ********* Highway Patrol was called out to the scene and proceeded to call a tow truck company to tow the vehicle. Through all of the chaos, I forgot my pistol in the vehicle. It was about two weeks before I could get a ride to their shop, seeing how I was traveling and live seven hours from their place. The secretary named ******* refused to let me come pick up my firearm, even though I had every piece of paperwork from the accident that was given to me from the ********* Highway Patrol. I had to call ******************* of *********** to come meet me at Clements shop to make them return my pistol. The sheriff was super nice and very helpful. ******* was extremely rude to the sheriff and the sheriffs lieutenant who was called on the phone by request from *******. Im guessing this tow truck company was trying to somehow keep my firearm by causing everything to be so difficult. Long story short, I got my firearm back, and this company, I highly recommend not using them.

    State law will not allow us to release property to someone that is not the registered owner of vehicle. This gentleman was not the owner of vehicle. Once law officer ****** for firearm that released us if any liability. We dont want or need his firearm. We are actually trying to protect the property of all owners as the law requires..
