My husband and I purchased windows for our home last August 3rd, 2022. The installation process started in September/October time frame. The window installation was not completed at that time, as we were still waiting on windows to come in. ************** stated the large half moon shaped window was still being built. We then started the process of it will be ******* before we can do anything he sent what he called his best sub out, his name is ***** and that is unfortunately all I know, ***** advised that every window needed to be replaced as they are installed incorrectly. I was told they would all have to be made again and he would make it right. That was in *******. After a few weeks, I was told they are moving facilities and that it would be delayed until March. Now I cannot get him to return or answer any of my calls. This is a big problem for me, as we financed these windows, the loan was funded when they sent the fist set of subs down to do the installation and he has completely left us hanging. One of the most unethical companies I have ever dealt with. I have copies of the contract, pics of the unistalled windows, text messages from him and a video of one of the defective windows leaking.

My wife and I ordered windows through this company in April or May of 2022. We were told that the 4 smaller windows in our living room could be replaced with 2 larger windows and that it would be no problem. Our salesman, ***, who no longer works at the company, contacted ***********************, who we were also told no longer works at the company, and was told that this would be no problem and *** measured the openings in the back of the living room to get measurements for 2 larger windows. Our installer (we were told he no longer works for the company also) came out in July and installed every window except the 2 large windows on the back of the living room and informed us that they were measured wrong and he would have them reordered. We waited. There was no completion form ever signed and the job is still not complete. I called in August and was told that the glass was on backorder and it would be ********************** December trying to call and get an update and nobody would answer the phones. I sent an email and was contacted by ********* on January 5, 2023 and told that someone would be out "next week" to remeasure. Since then there has been no contact from the company, so I contacted the lender that financed the windows. They have been trying to reach the company and said they are having no luck also. I would like to have windows on the back of the living room that match the rest of the windows throughout the house, but it seems this company was only interested in getting paid and is no longer concerned with finishing the job while I will be stuck paying for windows and labor for windows that were not installed.

Purchase windows last year and they were installed January of this year. After the windows were installed we noticed we had a broken window and a torn screen. I contact *** the owner at the time about replacing the window and he came out to inspect and measure and said he will order another window and screen. Every time I contact ******** never got a response from him so I contacted ******* the person who came out to our home representing the company. When he had contact me back he said that he nor *** were no longer with the company and he gave me *********************** name. **** called in June and came out to our home inspected window. He informed me that the window and screen had been ordered. **** said he will let us know when technician will be out on replacing the window and screen. The last conversation I had with **** was August 11th saying that he would check the installer schedule. Every time I contact his office, ****** the receptionist would say Ill get that information when a technician will come out. Still havent heard from ****** or the technician to this day. Now that the bill is paid in full. I cant get any results. I am so fed up.

My father received a debt collection letter from an attorney office stating that he owed money for window services he never received. The debt collector is stating that the debt is valid because according to their policy, he canceled the contract. I emailed the debt collector and requested a copy of the contract that he signed including proof of cancellation. They did send me a copy of the contract, however there is no proof that he canceled the installation. The debt collector then stated that there was a phone call where my father canceled the services but they can't provide when/who and any details about said call except that he didn't want the windows. The contract was signed in November 2021, however it is now July 2022 and the service company is just now reaching out. I told them that this seems to be a case of the company never coming back to install but they are now trying to strong arm him by saying he still has to pay attorney fees and 50% of the cost of installation which totals to almost $6500. They gave us 3 options, pay the debt collector, install the windows and pay that monthly bill or seek an attorney. My father is now in hospice care and does not need this stress on him as he is fighting daily to still be here. He's in a catch twenty-two no matter how you look at this because they have no proof that he canceled the service but still want him to pay for either having the windows installed or not having them installed. Even on the contract they sent me, there is a place for the buyer to sign that they want to cancel, however, my father's signature is not there. How can this even be right if they claim is based on him owing the debt due to cancellation, shouldn't they have to prove that he in fact canceled the services so they can fairly collect based on their contract agreement? All my father knows is that they came out, completed measurements, signed a contract and then he never heard another word from them until now when he received the letter.
