We hired Aerobuild to build a mobile bar trailer for us in early September of 2021. We signed a contract saying it would be a 4-6 month build. We signed a very vague contract with no design choices within it, just photos that they had used on their social + web presence. Once we started to get into the build and after deposits paid, we had realized that they were quickly changing things like flooring, color options, wall texture, solid windows + doors, without us knowing. I sent an email mid build for an updated list of features. We received the trailer in May of 2022, and had to cancel two events since their deadlines kept extending. This trailer was promised in 4-6 months and it took 9. They blamed it on Covid + a snowstorm in Nashville.
    - Our floors are separating in multiple places after only a few months of use. A trusted mechanic in our area said that they installed the floating floors completely wrong. They are not floating at all since they placed cabinets on top of them, so they are now buckling.
    - In the last week of the build, we got a video of it complete (that I had to ask for, since we were getting it shipped to us, we wanted to see the ins and outs of it before it hit the road!) We noticed a solid door, while our contract clearly reads GLASS door. I told them it was the wrong door and their response was "its too late."
    - The trailer arrived filthy to us. There were wood and metal shavings throughout the whole trailer, and they had done caulk prior, so every caulk line has debri in it.
In general, everything was done on the cheap. Missing washers, undone trim inside, no protection from the road underneath. We had a niche trailer mechanic in Oregon do an inspection for us, and he was appalled.
We have sent in a warranty claim for the floors since those are broken, and we just got word that since we chose the original wood floors we were promised, they are denying our claim and no longer can honor our 1 yr. warranty.
