    Avoid this company. They setup a security system for us without first getting all our details (it was combinable with another system we already had, but they never bothered to ask). Then when we have been trying to switch over, they have been giving us issues. They are extremely aggressive in their collections on very small dollar amounts, even when you have been communicative with them. I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere to a company that is going to ask questions and help you when things go wrong.

    Disgruntled customer upset that service was cancelled (with notice) after multiple invoices were not paid after multiple attempts to collect.

    They cancelled services without any past due invoices and without notice. Notice was only given after service was already cut off.
