    This company supposedly replaced my control arms on my Subaru and my front brakes, the first time they replaced the brakes they did not put hardware on it, they kept squealing. I took it back several weeks in a row for my brakes and popping and they kept saying they didn’t hear anything. My brakes kept grinding. I took it to Subaru where I felt unsafe after being told they couldn’t get it in for 3 weeks, then 1 week and Subaru had to replace my front brakes and rotors due to being metal on metal, and replace my control arm for the popping that this company said they did not hear. I asked for the money that I paid Subaru for ($1600) because had they took the time and listened for the noises and took me seriously rather than wasting my time for weeks on end about the noises, all of this could have been avoided. Considering they didn’t even do the brake job correctly the first time they done it, I really didn’t want them working on it anymore but the parts were warrantied. Their head tech has said one of the guys work with ear buds in, they admitted messing up someone’s transmission, they potentially could have killed me or someone else due to their negligence in this matter. It literally felt like the whole front end of my car was going to fall off. I am thoroughly disgusted with how they run this business. As soon as something happens that they don’t like or you tell them something is wrong, literally all of their employees get snotty and defensive. I’m running out of room to discuss the entirety of the situation. I have multiple witnesses who picked me up from this shop after dropping my car off, family who has also spoken on my behalf due to the crappy job that had been done, as well as the part that Subaru took off that this company replaced and pictures and witnesses at Subaru. This is not this company’s first complaint. They need to be shut down!

    Hello,

      We have checked Ms ****** Subaru for different noises several times. We would hear noises on some occasions and some times not. We have changed hear brakes and rotors several times in case that was the noises she was hearing after brakes heated up and even installed different brands.

    We did install lower control arms 11/01/22 and when the store manager talked with Ms **** after she had Subaru work on her vehicle he informed her that if she would bring us the defective control arms so we could return them defective to vendor he would refund the money.

     Hello,

        The only thing I need to refund Ms. **** *s a copy of her bill from Subaru, so I can have for our records and since she does have the lower control arm`s I can return them as defective to the parts store we got them from. I am well aware that she does not have any of the other parts they had changed. Just a reminder that I am in the store on Thursday`s and will be glad to get this taken care of on any Thursday that is convenient for her. If she would like to email me a copy of her receipt to speed things up please do so to ******************
