    I called to make an appointment but had to leave a message. When I did not hear back I called again in two days and the lady apologized for not getting back tp me. She said she did not have a number to get back to me, for some reason as I left one. I told her I needed someone to come out to check the noise coming from the compartment the muffler is in. She made an appointment and when they came out the rech repair man turned the generator on and heard the noise and turned it off. instead of dealing with the noise problem he started checking the oil, spark plug, and air filter. She came over from the car and started checking the battery and tried to sell me an oil change and tune up. The tack said the oil is ok as was the plug but even though it did not need an air filter the put one in. He then started checking the motor and pistons. By time he got back to the noise problem about 50 minutes later. He told me their was a noise problem coming from inside the muffler after checking their was nothing else causing the problem. This took about 10 minutes. He said that since he could not fix the muffler at this time he was not going to charge me anything now. The next day she called me and told me to replace the muffler would cost around **** and I told her I would let her know. The next day I sent her a message I was going to wait on the repair and she said ok but then sh said they were charging me ******* for a service call. I asked what was included in that charge. She said parts, materials, and labor. The only part was a air filter that I did not ask for and the 20 second labor charge to install it. All I wanted when I called was an estimate on fixing the noise problem, but I would be happy to pay for travel. She would not except it. The invoice was in the mail for ****. I was never told there would be a service charge when I made the appointment for the noise problem. There Mission Statement is BS and I will not do business with them again.
