    I highly recommend NEVER buying a used car from them. I purchased one in mid August and within the first 12 hours, troubling and problematic electrical issues manifested 11 times. The car was back on their lot within the first 24 hours. The car also had full bumper to bumper warranty that covered electrical problems, yet 52 days later (the time of this posting), I have dropped the car off 3 times for repair as the electrical problems worsened. In all, I have had the car in my possession less than 5 full days, with the remainder having been spent sitting in the dealership parking lot. Johnson City Ford either will not or cannot fix the problem, despite it being under warranty, and they will not refund my money. They are, however, willing to buy it back from me for 1000's less than I paid them, but only if I buy another vehicle from them. TN has no lemon law for USED vehicles and, in my opinion, they are "hiding" behind that, along with various "company policies" that they say prevent them from giving me a full refund. DO NOT purchase a used car from these unscrupulous people.

    We bought a new 2020ford escape have nothing but praise for sales, finance team. Had a problem with dash in 2023, service manager worked with ford and got it fixed.Ronnie Davis is a great service manager

    I bought a new 2020 Ford escape and now I have 6 warning lights coming on. Johnson City Ford will not even see me for over a month even though one of the warning is a Powertrain warning. I also did a extended warranty that goes beyond the manufacturer warranty and they say neither warranty provides a rental car.
