    I will not divulge specifics; I was required to send screenshots of my personal banking information to an employee's personal phone number after receiving a call stating that I "would have to go to court" if I did not make a payment. The payment was already made and had posted to my checking account. I was advised that the manager would contact me with more information, but I had to call back toward the end of the business day to confirm that the payment had in fact been received. The demeanor and tone were very unprofessional, and I feel as if the manager did not want to acknowledge her mistake. I understand that mistakes happen, but it is bad business to confront a customer in a threatening manner without confirming a discrepancy.
