    My wife and I purchased an elopement package through Inca Photography (incaphotography.com) with ******** ******. Our wedding was on October 10, 2024, but we have yet to see our wedding photos despite ******** saying that we are next in line to receive them.
    Also, she was not familiar with some of the outdoor venues where we wished to get married despite having these locations on her webpage. She stated to us later that she borrowed these photos from a friend. This is misrepresenting her portfolio.
    Note that we are not seeking a refund or to hurt the business. We just want the photos we paid for.

    We hired her for our wedding photographer. We agreed and both signed a contract. She broke the contract by not delivering the pictures on time. After the breach of contract, we attempted to create a line of communication to find out any new information on the delivery of our photos. And we were given a weeks worth of silence after daily attempts through multiple lines of communication. We eventually were able to agree on a new date of delivery, which was also not met. After more days of silence, she finally communicated with us and requested more time. After not explaining what happened with the two previous deadlines. To avoid any further conflict, we requested and were given the unedited photos and her promise to deliver what we paid for at a further date. This means we are likely going to have to source another professional to finish the job.
    It should also be of note that our request for any refund was denied with reasoning of $0 liquidation on the businesses part.
    She has been completely unprofessional and very rude to us. We had to reach out for days before hearing anything from her. It has been such a stress and anxiety for us because these pictures are so important, they are our wedding pictures. Having veery little to no communication on her end was hurtful and unprofessional.
