    I spoke with the landlord, Talmon *** on 11/10/23 after him repeatedly sending texts and calls to my phone about rent payment. I paid the rent on the 1st but due to an issue with Zelle locking my account the payment for rent was delayed in the processing to Talmon's account. I explained repeatedly that the check for rent had been paid by my bank and provided confirmation from my bank (branch manager) showing that payment had been made to Talmon. I also advised Talmon on 11/10/23, that I would be moving out of the property (he had been aware of my intent to move for over a month). On 11/10/23, Talmon stated in a phone call at 1:28 pm EST that he would return my security deposit within 24 hours of me vacating the property. On 11/14/23, I advised Talmon that the property was ready for move out inspection and he was refusing to do inspection. Talmon finally came to the property and would not provide any information on the inspection and went back on his work about the return of the securtiy deposit, stating that he would mail it. I am requesting that the Landlord keep his word as agreed and return the deposit within 24 hours.
