    At the end of January I rented a storage unit at their Fort Collins facility on their website, when I tried to get into my unit after work I was unable to due to the electronic lock being stuck, I called and was told that they had been experiencing similar issues and I upgraded units, the next day I had the same issue with the new unit (So I was never able to enter either unit). I was moving by the end of that week and was only able to access the unit after business hours, so both days I was unable to access my unit or get any assistance. After wasting 2 days and not wanting to risk wasting another one, I called to ask for a refund. I was initially told I should have the money back in my account after a week but after waiting not only did I not get my money back I realized the refund had never been processed on the app. I have been calling them for the last month requesting my refund and have been told I would have a regional manager give me a call back, this has not happened and now it has been over 3 weeks since I initially asked for a refund.
