      Signed agreement with Tuff Spas vender at San Diego County Fair for purchase of Tuff Spa Series TT450 Platinum. We placed a $1,264.61 deposit. In addition, our salesperson, , informed us that hardwiring is required prior to delivery and installation of the spa. The hardwiring cost us an additional cost of $3,675.00 for proper wiring and installation. Contract states delivery is est. 3-4 weeks.

      Received email from LP Financing Group, detailing all our required documentations needed for finance approval. The finance specialist, Ms. , informed us we needed to have a primary account with 30 days of activity.
      - June 30, 2022
      My wife replied to stating that we do not have a primary account but we provided ACH form for checking account being used for payments as per their documentation requirements. We provided void check as requested for account we plan to make payments from.
      - July 1, 2022
      Submitted all required documentations and did follow up call with Ms. to confirm received documentation. She stated she has received, we were approved and should receive contract to sign by end of business day.
      - July 7, 2022
      After sending email previous day following up on contract, received email that we was not approved. We requested a refund of both our deposit installation fees and was told to inform our salesperson, who has been on all correspondence.
      - July 11, 2022
      Sent email to follow-up with salesperson, , on request. She send email to LP Financing Group stating we should be refunded.

      To date, we have been given various supervisor numbers and promised this will be resolved and no one has made contact with us or attempted to assist.

      The original refund was completed on 7/24/22 for $1264.61. It appears that a sale has gone through since.

      While trying to work out the finance after our refund and putting half payment down, the spa that has been delivered to us is defective. We placed trouble calls for maintenance and assistance. After a week of not getting any response we reached out to them and was advise that our request will not be granted until we provide final payment.

      The components necessary for the repairs have been sent and received on 8/21/22 per FedEx tracking number: . A work order has been assigned to a factory technician in your area. Their contact information was provided via email on 8/19/22; if the technician has not reached out to schedule with you, please contact them to coordinate a service appointment.
