      HORRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered a Catalina spa in Oct 2021 at a state fair and was told 12-14 weeks. In Feb 2022, no word on when the spa would be delivered. Called and were told it was in manufacturing and would be another 2 weeks. April 2022, still no word. Called and were told the spa had shipped to the local dealer at the end of Feb. Local dealer had no record of it. Our spa was "lost." After multiple calls with no response or resolution we finally connected, via email, with the area sales manager and were told another spa was being built on rush. June 2022, still no updates. July 2022 we finally heard the spa had been delivered to local dealer. Asked for some sort of compensation for the horrid service, delay and complete lack of communication, were offered $400 off the final price ($12000) or we could cancel order without penalty. We canceled, did not want to have to deal with this joke of a company anymore. In addition, we put in a warranty claim for our current Tuff Spa Tuff Top because the plugs had rotted and the insulation had fallen out and left the interior of the Top open to steam and condensation from the spa. We were told they will NOT honor the lifetime guarantee because its a 2015 model and Tuff Spas has since been bought out by LPI. So they took over the assets, still offer the Tuff Top on their spas with lifetime guarantees but will not honor the old ones?!? They did send replacement plugs and Gorilla Glue to use to install them, nevermind the fact that the integrity and efficacy of the insulated top has been compromised. Every interaction with this company was terrible. Everyone we spoke with or emailed with was unfriendly and unwilling to take one step more to offer solutions or provide assistance.

      In July of 2020, LPI, Inc. purchased the assets of the company that formerly owned the Tuff Spa brand. The company that was responsible for the warranty at the time of purchase was Quality Leisure Products, Inc. QLP Inc has since been dissolved by the original owner. That type of Tuff Top is not currently what is being produced, and has not been for some time. With that being said, I understand how disappointing this must be and spoke with management to see if there is anything we can do to help in this situation. The company can provide you with a new Tuff top for $499.00 , plus $199 shipping to anywhere in the conterminous United States. Although, we understand this is not the ideal expected outcome, we would like to at least offer an alternative.

      Ordered a pump 2 weeks ago and all they keep telling me is they will get one shipped..............trying to get a refund and not having much luck. Stay away from this company.

      Horrible customer service. I purchased a $12,000.00 spa and doesn't work. I've called my case tech and have left several emails with no response only that I have a tracking number that was delivered and I've received no parts. They won't let me speak to anyone to get this resolved. So I am now stuck with Spa that I never set for in because it never worked.

      We bought a 30k swim spa in June 2021 and still have not received our spa yet ! No one returns the many messages I have left on their customer service line. I am not even sure they are still in business! I will NEVER recommend this company. If I could give negative stars I would. Please do not make the same mistake we did, buy from someone else. I am just hoping someone will call me back so we can get our money back.

      The swim spa will enter production the week of 8/8/22. Typically this process takes about two weeks. Following the unit's completion, a representative will reach out to you to schedule delivery. Tuff Spas customer service was absorbed into ********.
