  In October 2024, **** ***** with Redline Tree Service gave us an estimate to cut and take away 8 trees from our yard. He gave us an estimate, and during the process, he told me he wanted the trunks, as he could sell as firewood later. He cut down the trees, but left the entire trees laying sidewards in our yard adjacent to our garage. However, he is claiming that the Tree removal was not in the contract, just the cutting. However, he was eager to say he will come back to remove the debris. He does not do what he says, and started pushing us aside after he cut down the trees, not answering our repeated attempts to get a definitive answer to his retun to get the debris and large Tree trunks from our yard. Chad did not complete the job, as he told us.

  My wife and I hired Chad from Redline to cut our trees and grind the stumps. They were cut down within a timely manner but it was pulling teeth to get the stumps ground. Once one of the team members came to grind the stumps, we paid them, and when they were done, I had noticed multiple places where the stumps stuck out of the ground far enough that it messed up my mower deck when I went over it. I was told of course that they will be there to take care of it, and ever since then its been cat/mouse. I call and they're busying doing something else, and say they will get to it. My wife calls, after they didn't show up when they said they would, and we get the same thing. I call again, and they're on vacation and promise me I'm being put down on the schedule. Guess what? It's been 2 years since they came initially and I've already paid for the services, now I still have stumps protruding from the ground. Horrible customer service.
