On or about Monday December 23rd 2024 the owner of tri cities truck driving school a one Matt ****** was using his business to sell **** Apple Watches, when confronted with the fake merchandise he refused to rectify the situation he stated that “if you come to my school I’ll refund you the money” and proceeded to threaten law suit if a complaint was filed with the BBB. I will not be intimidated into not filing a complaint so this business owner thief can continue to do this.

    Business Response

As seen in the pictures attached, I gave an accurate description of what I had for sale. The description plainky states, "Everything is the exact same as Apple Ultra 2, except an app has to be downloaded on the phone for it to link to an iPhone." He replied, "When you said download the app. It sounds as if you mean the app store from Apple." He either didn't read the description well, or misunderstood. Keep in mind this was on my personal Facebook and not my business Facebook. The only reason we met in the school parking lot is because I don't meet strangers from marketplace at my house since I have a family. I would've gladly given the money back if it hadn't been opened. Before he asked for a refund he kept mentioning how he was going to American Job Center and would be enrolling in the school. I told him I couldn't refund him for the watch because it was open, but I would give him 200 back from the income if he ended up attending the school.

I meant to attach this previously. Also, I meant to state that Logan has nothing to do with the watch. As you can see in his comments, this is his father in law, Kendal. I did not do anything wrong and I would like this dismissed. Thanks!
