    Called Mike's Expert Drain & Plumbing on 06/01/2023 because I thought I had a clog in my pipes. When they arrived they took my toilet completely up and ran some machine through it. They told me there was no clog and that I needed my septic pumped. They soaked my floor so bad it ruined my carpet and the flooring underneath. I have a horrible musty smell from the soaked carpet. When they were there one of the plumbers came to my door and showed me a pipe he found and said it was laying on the ground. I asked him if that had anything to do with my sewer acting up and he said no. So he took the pipe he found on the ground and glued it back. When they got done with the job and was ready to leave I showed him the floor and he asked for a towel and said it would dry. My toilet was not even bolted down tight. I could move it back and forth. I paid them 450.00 dollars total. The man charged me 200.00 to glue a pipe that was already laying on the ground. He didn't ask me he just glued it and charged me 200.00. The pipe he glued back was an end pipe that is made to remove if you need to. It wasn't suppose to be glued. My son called them and they came back on Monday June 12th. They acted as if they had done nothing wrong and acted like the toilet was suppose to be loose. One of the men said his boys had to roll around in feces when he was under there gluing the pipe. I did not have raw sewage draining on my property. If I did I'm sure they would have legally had to report it. This was brought up when they came back to inspect the problems. Nothing was said the day they did the work. It was just an excuse because they didn't want to fix the problem they created. I do not have the money to pay somebody to fix my ruined floors. I am disabeled. I don't have a problem with paying them for the serive they did but I want my floors fixed and my toilet fixed back to where it doesn't rock back and forth and a refund for the 200 dollars to glue a pipe I didn't ask them to glue back.

    The floor is soft and rotten around toilet area is why the toilet rocks back and forth I offered to reset toilet the son said no and the pipe we showed it to her she said it has to be fixed so we glued the pipe back together and blocked it up

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    I am tired of them saying my floors were rotted. My toilet did not rock back and forth until they took it up and absoultely soaked my floors. Then the toilet started rocking.  I have attached picutes of how soaked my floor was and attached the video of the toilet. They have a picture of the broken pipe but don't have any picutes of where they supposedly fixed it. Yeah, the only thing he offered when he come back was to tighten the bolts up tighter. This is not going to fix a wobbely toilet. I didn't want them breaking my toilet from over tightening it. Now I want the owner to see how soaked my floor was when his technicians got done. Now I want him to tell me my floors were rotten. Sorry, but my floor is soft around the toilet because of your technicians. Own up to what they done and quit making excuses for them. My floor has a musky smell from where they soaked the floor and my carpet. I never once said "yes it has to be fixed." That was lie and your technician said it had nothing to do with my problem. So why would I pay them 200.00 to fix something that didn't have anything to do with it. So you can believe them if you want. I know what was said. You all knew how much money I had and what my budget was before you came to my house. Funny thing the bill was exactly 450.00. the amount I told your secetary over the phone.
