    Beware if you are looking for a motorized lift chair. We bought one and it was so uncomfortable that you could not sit or lay in it for any amount of time. We bought the chair because my wife had hip surgery. The chair was so hard, she could not lay in it after her surgery. We tried to get them to let us exchange it for a more expensive product or something and they refused. They said the factory would not let them exchange it.....BUT they allow any and everybody to freely sit in those same chairs in their store all day long. We have bought many mattresses and two beds from this store....we will never purchase another product here. If they do not stand behind their products....we want no part of it. Just be careful if you purchase from this store. YOU CANNOT RETURN YOUR ITEMS. I hardly ever leave reviews....I just thought this might be needed by someone down the road. These chairs are around $1200...so just choose wisely who you purchase from. They do not tell you that you cannot return their furniture when you purchase it! I truly wish I had read the reviews on their website before I purchased our chair. It might have saved me a lot of heart ache and money, because I saw several similar complaints. Now we have a chair that no one can comfortably sit in and no way to fix the problem. We try to buy from the small businesses in our area....but this was a mistake. Check the reviews before you buy...it would have saved me if I had!
