      I went to grand they had sent me an email about the black friday sales was extended. Another week.me and my common law husband wanted to go shop and I was particully interested in the add they had of a queen bedroom set including the headboard footboard, dresser and mirror. We have a joint account credit thru sycrony bank that's who we pay, but it's a credit card.for grand with only a Lil over 1000$ credit left. We didn't want to go over our limit and didn't plan to. The salesman was very nice at first. We told h8m what we needed and wanted to shop for.we told him we didn't want to go over the limit, but ge said it eould b no problem for him to get our limit higher.i ask about the bedroom set that I had on my phone from an email I received letting me kno they were extending there black friday sales.i ask the sales man if he knew the queen set that was advertized .he kept telling me he didnt kno what set I was talking about.that he only had a full suze set on sale
      i looked up on my phone.he said that he had the same set that was in the picture but it was a darker color. It wanted a base for one bed at my home he tryed to find us one he had a adjustable base 9n sale for 299.that was perfect with that we didn't need a frame or box spring. He priced the chest that wasnot included in the set and gave me a great price, I wanted the queen bedroom suite .he told ne he would sell the pieces individually I didnt under stand the set was sold together in the add and he kept telling me I didnt need the headboard they I needed a box spring and the more expensive metal bed frame. I was so tired it was getting late.i told him I needed a bedroom set. He priced me the dresser and the mirror and the chest he wrote on his list the price he quoted me but never gave me a price on thebbed headboard.my husband had already went to the car he was tired and he didn't wan5 to get upset because the sales man kept telling Me i didn't need what I wanted i also went 2 the car to let him kno the prices he had given me.i came back in and told the sales man if I couldnt get the 3 piece set queen then I wanted a bed with storage.but I needed to go home and I would be back monday. He wanted to explain how the 200 off 600-1400$ he told me some eealy crazy stuff I couldn't believe what he was saying he spoke of my account and he told m3 I could leave and come back monday but I couldn't get thenprice he had quoted to I said wait a min the sales been extended another week, he said I had my choice to get the prices he gave me individually for the set and chest bur told me I didn't need a headboard.and he said about my account that he was the one who would determine how my financing went he would chose what price I got charged znd he would determine the amount of the payments it was a his decision.i told him man I pay sycrony bank they tell me how much an when.and 5hst ivd9dntbn3ed financing I already had credit he told me sycrony didn't have anything to do with my account and how much time I had to pay my account off. No I said but he made me afraid my financing would b a duffernt account. I 5old him I would take the chest for the price he quoted and the adjustable bed base.and a lamp he ask me to get the premium delivery about 30 times saying there was no free delivery that they would bring boxes an set them in the road at my driveway. I told him I did not want it over znd over .he keeps saying yes you. Can't drag those heavy boxes I told him I had strong friends I don't want that charge he insisted I needed it and I told him no.but when he wrote my ticket up I told him I was going to get my husband that he had our credit card yhe salesman told me I didn't need him and that I couldnt get the. Lamp delivered I had to leave with it. The store wad closed at that time I couldn't understand he talked about financing and that the accountvwasntbij hus name just mine truly ibthiuhht he was opening a new account from from him telling me my husband was not on this account he told told me b4 about hebwuuld determine how long I would have to pay it back I was so torn up I
      i just wanted to leave when the lady had my charges he told her to put me on 12montj fianancing.i was so confused she ran the charges I ask her what they were she told me and the chest he promised to sell me at his quote was not the same as the quote the lady Saud delivery premium ibtold her he charged me over what he said he would hevsaid to her it was because yge color that was not rite he had lied and I told her I didn't want premium delivery he told her yea she does and she charged me for all even yold her I dud not want it abd the chest was higher I didnt understand.i was charged fir more than what he told me I'd b plus he forced the delivery charge when I didnt want the charges were done I felt sick ,betrayed and not heard about my charges I was sick all nite till I got a hold of my sycrony bank who I pay my credit card to told them I had been lied to and charged wrongfully abd I made sure thay my husband was still on my account too,and they said he was,but the salesman said it was only in my name I've been a victom of scare tactics or idk I didn't get the bedroom suite I wanted because hw told me I didnt need a headboard or foot board I and heczlsi never told me anything about the set other if I didn't get it then it would not b on sale monday I didn't get nothing I told him I wanted except for
      A lamp I was lied yo ND over charged for the chest and I was charged a del8very charge I didn't want my sycroby bank took care of my
      account soon as I contacted them which made me feel alot better. I ciuldnt believe I was lied to and told I had to do things his way it was intentionally a scare tactic all his l8es about my account that he was over everything and not sycrony he did get away wuth lieing to me and charging me for what I didnt need.do the told me he wasn't over anything at all and not to worry but i can't believe I was done that way and rushed out ,he had me so worried I didn't kno what he was going to do with my payments he said he was the one to determine things on my accountnive never been done that way at any store in my life he's jeckly and hide . And he had my berv3s so torn up all that he said to me I dont understand still how he can do that and get by with it or that he does that to another disable senior and make her feel as rerrified as I aas about my fianances.abd charged more than promised he had told me si much stuff and I was sick I don't want him to intimidate people he shouldn't be in customer service or around the public makin people feel like i did .
