      Monday Nov 7 ATC Cooling and heating (Kingsport) came to start my heater. The worker replaced a part of the electrical system that wasn't working. The unit started, then the wires started burning with flames. I was told someone be back Mon. or Tues. Friday Nov 18 after not hearing anything I called and was told for the first time my unit was not fixable because of having caught on fire, they told me that they were waiting for a call back from someone and that they would be in contact with me. After not hearing back on Dec 7 th I called and was told the owner is on vacation, he was going to get in contact with the church who paid for the service ( I don't know why) and he'd be back in contact with me. It is dec 19th and still he has not been in contact with me. I don't feel that I should be held accountable for their mistake that caused my unit to catch on fire. We have been living in one room of our house since Dec 12 when my daughter had surgery. My husband who is 81 and sick goes in for surgery the second week of Jan. We are really in need of a new replacement unit so that we have heat in our home and not I will get back with you and never hear anything.

      Just to let you guys know that wayne and sherri ******** called this in to help lady out from church and when we arrived we found furnace not repairable. We explanied to laady that furnace needed to be replaced. She said she had no money. We did not bill her or the ******** for this call. We gave it to them. She wants us to install furnace and the church has never agreed to do that. They only was paying for service call to get unit on. I have spoke to the lady and explained that we are not going to install furnace untill someone agrees to pay for.
